About The Management Academy
The Management Academy is a management consulting and training firm focused on providing
personal growth and professional advancement via project management, business,
IT, healthcare, leadership and career development courses. Our experienced and
certified instructors and facilitators provide each student with a
goal-oriented and enjoyable learning experience.
The Management Academy's mission is to have a positive
impact on the reduction of high unemployment rates of veterans, and displaced
workers; and to provide training opportunities for the growth and success of those professionals who are unemployed, underemployed, or seeking career advancement within their current organization.
Our training services
are offered in small groups and settings which provide direct attention to
student’s needs, as well as one-on-one tutoring. Coaching services include initial assessments
of student’s needs, expectations, and goals, followed by the development of an
individual achievement plan.
Scheduled courses are provided to the public and to private
corporations across the U.S. and internationally. Courses are offered via classroom, distance
learning and seminars/conferences. We can customize courses to meet your organization's training needs.
